Our evening program, “After Hours”, offers customized activities for older adults who are looking to get out for an evening. Studies show that there are tremendous benefits to staying active through socializing, learning, and staying fit. And those are exactly the things we offer through our evening programs.
Activities may include Strength Training, Pilates, Yoga, Cooking Demos, Open Mic Night, watercolor painting, social mixers and more. The program is open to the public (not just Center members) and there are no age restrictions.
Enjoy a class or activity for a reasonable fee. An optional After Hours Annual Membership is available to receive discounts on evening activities. Come on in and see what our Center has to offer.
