"Day Break"
Our Social Model Adult Day Care program, “Day Break”, offers socialization and recreation for individuals with memory impairment, dementia, Alzheimer’s disease and other age related frailties.
This New York State Certified program provides quality, cost effective therapeutic activities in a safe, comforting and welcoming environment. The program, which was established in 1999, also offers much needed respite for caregivers.
Day Break provides a structured and cognitively stimulating environment. Nutritious meals, including a light breakfast, full lunch, and afternoon snack, are served daily. Therapeutic recreation and activities promoting social interaction are led by our caring and compassionate staff to keep your loved one engaged. Transportation is also available.
