Support Our Center

As a non-profit organization, The Life Enrichment Center at Oyster Bay relies on friends, corporations and other foundations to support the Center’s needs, programs and building maintenance. There are many ways to contribute including memorial or honorary donations, by purchasing our Historic Note Cards or Historic Oyster Bay Coverlets, supporting our Annual Friends Campaign, Annual Wellness Walk or Holiday Raffle or by supporting the other fundraisers we hold throughout the year. Individuals may give gifts of securities, real property, bequests, annuities and matching gifts. Gifts may be designated for general operating purposes, or they may be restricted to specific area projects.

The Angela P. Koenig Fund

The Angela P. Koenig Fund has grown significantly since it was established in 2003 generating a portion of the Center’s operating budget. While this Fund will provide modest support for operating expenses in the future, the Center needs monetary assistance to continue to deliver the level and quality of services that the diversity of our membership requires. Historic Note Cards for Sale

These beautiful historic note cards were created in 2004 by Eleanor Gregory, an artist at the center for many years. The note card packages measure 6-1/4″ x 4-1/4″ and contain depictions of nine historic sites: the First Presbyterian Church, the Oyster Bay Railroad Station, the Matinecock Lodge, Sagamore Hill, St. Dominic’s Church, the Moore Building, Christ Church, Raynham Hall Museum and the Earl Wightman House. They capture the history and spirit of the hamlet of Oyster Bay and are a perfect gift for family members and friends, both near and far. Click here to view the note cards and go to the order form.
