Fitness is a priority at the Life Enrichment Center! We offer numerous exercise classes, as well as a fitness center, to provide great options for seniors to stay fit, be healthy, and age well!

Our instructors pay careful attention to their students, and customize classes to various fitness levels to suit the needs of each individual participant.

Daytime Classes
Designed for individuals 60+, our exercise classes provide a wide choice of options and levels of activity to choose from:

Aerobics
Ballet
Ballroom Dancing
Chair Exercises
Dance-a-Chair
Line Dancing
New Style Tai Chi
Strength Training
Tap
Yoga

Our daytime classes are offered Monday through Friday. Like all of our daytime activities, our exercise classes are free … but we suggest a small donation of $5 per class if possible. Click here for the Class Schedule.

Evening Classes: The “After Hours” Program
To accommodate people with busy schedules, the Center offers evening exercise classes to individuals 45+ for a small fee:

Dancercize
Pilates
Strength Training
Yoga

Fitness Center
Our Fitness Center is open to the public as well as our members. Keep yourself physically fit with the following equipment:

6 station circuit master
2 stationary bicycles
1 step machine
2 treadmills
Various light hand weights

To pass the time, you can enjoy watching one of your favorite TV shows on our large flat screen TV.

The fitness center is open Monday through Friday during normal business hours. The fee is $15 per month, or $165 for an annual fitness center membership.
